La dynamique s’est ensuite retournée au mois de février, à l’approche de la résistance majeure datant de 2008 à 185,20 points, comme en témoigne la succession de pics et de creux désormais de plus en plus bas. Nous sommes baissiers à moyen terme et anticipons un retour au contact du support majeur à 157 points lors des prochaines semaines.

Anticipation : A plus court terme, les cours ont effectué une accélération baissière suite au déclenchement d’une phase de consolidation en triangle. Celle-ci a été stoppée par le support à 159,40 points qui a donné lieu à une vive réaction haussière. Ce type de configuration laisse penser à un pull-back sur la figure et plaide donc en faveur d’un retour des cours au contact de la borne basse du triangle. Nous sommes positifs à court terme et envisageons le ralliement de la résistance à 170 points, avec un objectif intermédiaire à 167,50 points. Nous plaçons le seuil d’invalidation de cet avis légèrement en-dessous du support à 162,30 points.

Notre DBD Tracker en date du 09/05/2011 recommandait l’achat de l’indice Stoxx Europe 600 Real Estate Cap. Depuis, les cours ont atteint notre objectif à 125,60 points, soit une performance de 2,1%.
